A small-town girl at heart on a voyage of self-discovery. I’m proud to be where I am today,

I love the idea of helping people understand the magic of beauty and feeling good within.

 

Editorial work and Color correction is my niche, I push the boundary’s creatively from the moment I step in the door to the time I leave, I eat, sleep and breathe hairdressing.

 

We are now coming into a new era of colour revolution where balayage is the new foil and colour melts are the new retouch. I intend to be at the forefront of the next generation of hairdressing.

I have the ability to adapt to every new situation and a wholehearted commitment to the journey. My passion for hairdressing is overwhelming. My drive to help, guide and mentor other people is as important as my determination for success. This is what sets me apart from others.

 

The world is my Oyster!  People in our industry are truly blessed. I couldn't think of a better career to pursue, we can work all over the world while acquiring the knowledge to grow and maintain our profession.

My Story

​

My love for hair and makeup has always been encouraged by my family and friends. The biggest setback was society’s view on going to university so here started the war between my heart and my mind being drawn between two different paths.

In the end, I chose to focus on what I felt was my chosen path i have 10+ years of experience in my chosen industry.

I am an award-winning stylist from 2018 - 2022

My most recent achievement has been being the first-ever NZ matrix collective winner.

entailed working on an editorial photoshoot in Melbourne with Frankie magazine and getting my work published in late 2022.

Commitment to sustainability and to acting in an environmentally friendly way

​

Loreal and Matrix two brands that I have worked with closely over the years are supporting a more sustainable approach.

I feel very strongly towards looking after our environment and our planet's future relies on this. This is also why I chose to work for Nspyre red and be a part of a team that supports sustainable salons in my eyes there is just no excuse not to be part of it!
