Terms & Conditions

 

These terms and conditions apply to services provided by embermoon studio.

 Upon booking a service with Amber and its subcontractors or affiliates, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Making a Booking

Bookings can be made up to 1 week before subject to availability.

Booking is fully secure upon email confirmation and payment of a deposit.

Wedding Makeup Bookings

All Wedding Bookings Require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation, and require a minimum of 4  weeks notice to cancel your booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancelation fee.

Payment

Once a deposit has been received to the nominated account, (an invoice) will be sent to your email. The balance stated is to be finalized the week or day of your appointment or wedding booking. Payment types include, Direct Deposit into nominated account. Should direct deposit payment method be chosen, you are required to email embermoonstudio@gmail.com a payment receipt provided to you by your bank.

Canceled Bookings

To secure your booking, 50% deposit is required in full at the time of booking. If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please notify Amber ASAP If it is two weeks ​ before the service At that time, Amber will do her best to will reschedule your booking this is  subject to availability,if that is not possible she will refund your full deposit.

if it is any closer to the appointment a fee of 50% will be held as a fee to cover costs. Please note for (weddings it is 4 weeks' notice in advance)

Travel

A travel fee is applicable when travelling to locations, a quote can be provided upon your request.

 

​

Parking

In circumstances when parking fees apply, the client will be required to cover the charges when makeup services are being conducted, for example hotel parking and meter parking.

Personal Information

Amber King requires information on whether the client has allergies. In no event shall Amber King have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterized, for example, eczema, sensitive skin and eyes.

Photographs

Amber King reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our make-up applications, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes - only with your consent, of course!
